Mare of Easttown
Stephanie served as a set decoration assistant on HBO’s Mare of Easttown.
Below, we see Mare in her infamous kitchen. Stephanie assembled wallpaper books and flooring samples for the Designer to look through, with Stephanie tagging the selected choices. She assisted the Buyers in finding magnets and checked for clearance approval on any artwork used. Stephanie assisted in creating mood boards for each set. Production Designer Keith P. Cunningham (Star Trek, The Social Network) would take these to aesthetic meetings.
Just about everything in this room went through Stephanie’s hands.
Police Station
The police station was a stage built on-set. Stephanie was able to help source materials from vendors, including glass, blinds, and the furniture. The Dell laptops are product usage borrowed from Dell, which Stephanie helped coordinate.
Zabel’s House
Stephanie printed and framed most of the artwork seen in the show. Here shows an actual childhood photo provided by actor Evan Peters, who played Colin Zabel. Stephanie printed out Peters’ provided photos in various sizes and displayed them next to a selection of frames. The Decorator would select photos and pair each with a frame. Stephanie would assemble the framed photo and deliver it to set.
Easttown High Gymnasium
Stephanie coordinated between the Graphic Designer, the Set Decorator, and Set Dressers to obtain vinyl graphics and banners for this set. The Graphic Designer would send designs to a local printing vendor. Stephanie would coordinate a pickup and deliver the graphics to set, where she would hand off to the proper Set Dresser. Stephanie would check for any printing errors prior to leaving for set.
